"I have only been insured with State Farms since April. They are a wonderful company. The customer service is excellent and never had to go through voicemail or AI. Every person who answer the phone is able to assist you. I needed to get something done to my renter policy in a hurry and they did every thing they could to get it done. According to our records, multiple notifications were sent to the mailing address we have on file prior to the cancellation. We apologize if these communications did not reach you or were missed.
